Welcome to WDSTANDARDS

With over ten years of experience in the industry, I wanted to share my experience, knowledge, ideas and creative inspiration with the design community. From my humble beginning where no one wanted to hire me without a solid portfolio, to freelancing where you take on projects at discounted pricing, to having my own business , to working for a company, to keeping up with all the changes , all at the same time producing high quality of work 100% of the time, no exception. These are just some of the things I have gone through as a designer as I strive be to relevant and recognized.

I have worked on hundreds of projects from small static sites to complex projects with multiple teams, demanding stakeholders, and bold ideas. I have made more than my share of mistakes but have equally produced great work. Through all this, I have gained and learned and have gone through different levels of stress and euphoria. I wouldn’t change it for anything. It has been a great experience. So now, I am in a position in my career where I want to share what I have learned and experienced and hopefully this resonates with some of you out there to help understand what you are going through.

I started WDSTANDARDS because I wanted to share what I have learned over the ten years experience in the industry. I wanted to create a site dedicated to the design community, a place of collaboration, sharing, exchange and inspiring each other with our ideas and knowledge. I site that is focused on everything that is front end design.

My goal is to keep providing high quality and relevant content to the design community for many years to come.

I am currently located in Toronto, Canada and travel back and forth to Stavanger, Norway where my fiancé lives and works.

If you would like to contact me, please do not hesitate. i would love to hear from you…..CONTACT ME
